Company "BOKSIT"
a.d. Milići has been established in 1959, and in all these years it has
never worked in deficit. Today it is one of the most important companies
in Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina, with annual income of
more than KM 40.000.000. Having a constant grow and development, from a
classical firm for bauxite ore producing, the company has also developed
other industries, and went on the market with them. First of all, those
are transportation, nonmetals producing, mechanical engineering, food industry,
civil engineering, hotel services, gas build-in and its selling, fuel oil
derivating and so on.
Bauxite Corporation is a share company with
private shares of 100 %, with the action capital of KM 50,000,000. The company
is a winner of numerous acknowledgements as one of the most successful companies.
It’s shares are been quoted at Banja Luka stock market. All the actions
are regular.
Company "BOKSIT" a.d. Milići has signed a contract
with the Republic of Srpska Government in the beginning of 2005, and got
a concessive right for exploiting bauxite ore and nonmetals resources for
a period of last 30 years. By that act, the Republic of Srpska Government
has also acknowledged that the Company "BOKSIT" has been exploiting the
natural resources successfully, and that is capable and a warrantor which
is going to continue with rationally and profitably exploiting natural resources
in the next 30 years. It is all for goods of it’s employees, share-holders
and also it’s social environment.
